HANDLE ANY TERRAIN WITH EASE

Sprayer hinges are designed to allow efficient sprayer movement along uneven terrain.
Our vertical hinge system allows the sprayer sections to follow the angle to the ground while maintaining an even spray height.
Sections are each controlled separately and can be lifted/locked into place to handle narrow spray areas.

EASY TRANSPORT

It is easy to fold and lock the sprayer booms for transport.
Sprayers can be mounted to almost any ATV/UTV and can also be easily moved via trailer or pickup truck.

TARGETED SPRAY WITH DRIFT CONTROL

Ag Shield's ATV/UTV Sprayers offer an industry-exclusive Patented Boom Shield. The enclosed shroud of the shield creates a zero wind chamber in which the chemical is applied. Within the boom, chemical can be applied without fear of drift in 25 MPH winds with 15 MPH of forward motion. The shield's containment makes for a more concentrated spray on the target area for greater effectiveness.

CONSISTENT SHIELD LEVEL

Ag Shield ATV/UTV Sprayers feature a hinged boom with a Gauge Wheel that allows the sprayer the sprayer to handle uneven terrain easily. It also ensures that the sprayer shield stays in close proximity to the ground for safety and maximum effect. Smaller ATV units also feature an end wheel for leveling.

SPRAYER CONTROLS

Ag Shield ATV/UTV Sprayers come with a standard control system that is integrated with the sprayer and allows for the operator to easily control all sprayer functions including lifting and lowering the boom. (Optional electric solenoid controls are available)

EASY TO TRANSPORT

Ag Shield ATV/UTV Sprayers are easy to move. Simply fold the boom(s), lock into place and drive to the next job site. When putting into operation unlock; unfold and lower the boom(s) into operating position. For longer trips, the sprayer can be loaded onto a trailer or pickup truck.

Our sprayer booms can be configured with shield-less end-nozzles that can provide spray coverage for shrubs and trees deeper on the sides of the road.

SPOT SPRAY WITH EASE

For highly-concentrated spot spraying and reaching those tough areas, Ag Shield offers an optional high quality hand wand and 50 feet of hose on a swivel wheel.

SPRAY RATE CONTROL

We offer an optional Spray Control system (the Microtrak 3400 F 11) that monitors the speed of the sprayer and moderates the spray rate for accurate spraying over varying speeds.
